If you need to exchange an item, please email us at bbfaithwear@gmail.com. Remember to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable, and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back to you using standard ground delivery.
